Sunnah of the Week (5) – The Power of Istighfaar

We are excited to share this week’s Sunnah focus with you and your family:

The practice of Istighfaar (seeking forgiveness).

Engaging in Istighfaar strengthens our connection with Allah (SWT), purifies our hearts and offers tranquility, especially in moments of difficulty.

Here are the three suggested levels for incorporating Istighfaar into daily life:

Level 1: Say Astaghfirullah three times immediately after every Salah.

Level 2: Recite Astaghfirullah 100 times daily, particularly during moments of stress or distress.

Level 3: At the end of the day, reflect on your actions and seek forgiveness for any shortcomings.

We encourage you to share this practice with your children and make it a family effort.
